How do I log in to my control panel?

1.From any page on our site (www.idmfirm.com), simply mouseover SUPPORT on the main menu then click on CLIENT LOGIN.

2. At the next screen type in your username and password that was sent to you when you signed up. You will then be able to manage your email boxes, mailing lists, subdomains, ftp accounts, databases, statistics, and more.

How can I use my web mail?

All customers who host with IDM Firm can take advantage of webmail by going to http://webmail.YOUR-DOMAIN.com.

For instance, if your website address is www.seasidegetaways.com. Your webmail address is http://webmail.seasidegetaways.com.

You entire staff can check their emails at that address. Of course, they can still use a POP3 client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird.

What are my POP3 settings for my email?

1. Your incoming and outgoing servers are the same. MAIL.YOUR-DOMAIN.NAME, For instance the mail servers for idmfirm.biz would be mail.idmfirm.biz.

2. Your username would be the entire email address, then of course you must have your password. That is about it, if you have more questions, please call our technical support.

3. Outgoing mail requires authentication.

I can't seem to FTP to my account, what is wrong?

You must log into your control panel (CLIENT LOGIN) with the admin username and password for the domain you are trying to log into. (This was sent to you when you signd up with us) From the control panel, you must setup an ftp account. Once completely set up, you should not have any problems logging in. You will be able to set up different ftp users allowing you to monitor your domain better.

Can I become a reseller?

Yes. Our resellers receive their own control panel where they can manage all of their customer domains and email boxes with ease. Resellers can also implement their own logos and marketing identity keeping IDM Firm out of view of the customer.
